Job Overview:

Duties:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive growth and revenue for the company.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings and communication with key accounts to identify their needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of account plans and initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts to maximize profitability for the company.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
• Act as a liaison between the company and key accounts to address any issues or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry and market trends, as well as competitors' strategies, to maintain a competitive edge.
• Monitor and track critical account performance and adjust to achieve sales goals.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
• Understand our products, services, and customers' needs to communicate effectively and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecommunication sales, account management, and strategic planning.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
